Privacy Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

INBOUND is a private rural mail and package delivery service operated by Nick Sellers through AI DevWorks LLC of Breckenridge, Texas. I am one person with one truck, and I am the only one who handles your information.

This policy explains what I collect, why I collect it, who else ever sees it, and how you can tell me to stop. It covers inboundtx.com and every part of the delivery service.

1. What I collect

I collect information directly from you — when you call, text, email, fill out a site survey at your kitchen table, or sign up for service. I do not buy customer lists and I do not run advertising trackers on this website.

2. How I use it

I use what I collect to run the route and to keep you informed. Nothing else.

3. Text messages and your consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

How you opt in

You give consent by providing your mobile number and agreeing to text notifications when you sign up for service — in person at your site survey, over the phone, or through the signup form on this website. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. You can subscribe to INBOUND and ask for a phone call instead.

What I send

Delivery confirmations with a photo and timestamp, schedule changes, weather and road closure notices, and replies to messages you send me. These are service messages about your account. I do not send marketing texts.

The details

If you stop texts, I will still deliver your mail on your regular schedule. You will simply stop getting the photo confirmation, and I will fall back to whatever contact method you prefer.

4. Photos, timestamps, and location

Every delivery is photographed. That is the core of what you are paying for — a record that your mail arrived, when it arrived, and where it was left.

5. Gate codes, keys, and access information

Some customers give me a gate code, a combination, or a key to a post office box. This is the most sensitive thing I hold, and it is handled separately from everything else.

6. Who else sees your information

I have never sold customer information and I never will. I do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Running the service does require a small number of vendors, and they only receive what they need to do their job:

These companies act on my instructions, are contractually barred from using your information for their own purposes, and do not receive your information for marketing.

Beyond that, I may disclose information if I am legally required to — a subpoena, a court order, a lawful request from the United States Postal Inspection Service or other law enforcement — or if it is necessary to protect someone's safety. If that ever happens and I am permitted to tell you, I will.

7. Family member access

Many customers ask me to keep an adult child or caregiver in the loop. If you ask for that, I will give that person access to your delivery records and photos.

8. How long I keep things

9. Security

I use reasonable physical and electronic safeguards: encrypted storage, access-controlled accounts, and devices secured with a passcode. Route information carried in the truck identifies properties by number rather than by name, so a lost phone does not expose a list of customers and addresses.

No system is perfect, and I will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, I will notify you as promptly as I can and tell you plainly what happened.

10. Your choices

Call or text me at (254) 545-5545 and I will take care of any of these:

No form, no portal login, no waiting on hold with a customer service center. You are dealing with one person; me.

11. Children

This service is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child's information has been given to me, tell me and I will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top and tell active customers by text or email before the change takes effect. Minor wording fixes will just show a new date.

13. Contact

Questions, corrections, or complaints come straight to me:
