INBOUND is a private rural mail and package delivery service operated by Nick Sellers through AI DevWorks LLC of Breckenridge, Texas. These terms cover the use of inboundtx.com, the text message program, and the delivery service itself.
They are written plainly because you should be able to read them. If something here does not match what I told you at your kitchen table, tell me and we will fix it.
1. Text message program
INBOUND sends service messages only. I do not send marketing or promotional texts, and I never will. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold.

How you opt in
You give consent by providing your mobile number and agreeing to text notifications in one of these ways:
- Checking the consent box on the signup form at inboundtx.com. The box is never pre-checked.
- Signing the text message consent line on the site survey and service agreement, in person.
- Telling me over the phone, after I read you the same disclosure. I record the date and time.
- Texting me first to ask about or request service, in which case I reply about that request.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. You can subscribe to INBOUND and ask for a phone call instead, and you will get the same service on the same schedule.
Two numbers, both me
Automated delivery notifications are sent from a dedicated messaging number that is not the same as my direct line. Conversation with me — questions, holds, schedule changes, anything you actually want to talk about — happens at (254) 545-5545.
Every automated message begins with INBOUND and ends with my name and that number, so you can always tell it is me. I will show you both numbers at signup and you can save them together. If you ever get a text claiming to be INBOUND that does not carry that signature, call me.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and texts end immediately. You will get one final message confirming that. To start again, text me or just ask.
If you stop texts, I will still deliver your mail on your regular schedule. You will simply stop getting the photo confirmation, and I will fall back to whatever contact method you prefer.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and on cell coverage, and coverage out here is not a sure thing. A text that does not arrive does not mean your mail did not.
How I handle the information behind all of this is covered in the Privacy Policy.
2. What the service is
INBOUND retrieves your mail and packages from your post office box as your authorized agent and delivers them to a drop point on your property that you and I agree on.
- Service runs in Stephens, Throckmorton, Eastland, and Palo Pinto counties, Texas.
- Your plan, service days, and rate are set on your service agreement at signup.
- Add-on services — pharmacy pickup, feed or farm store runs, grocery runs, property checks, trash haul-off, package consolidation — are arranged separately and billed separately.
3. Authorization to handle your mail
I can only touch your mail if you have authorized me in writing on your post office box, on the form the Postal Service requires. That authorization is yours, and you can revoke it at any time by telling the post office or by telling me.
- I do not open your mail. Ever.
- Mail requiring your signature cannot be left in a box. I hold it and contact you to arrange a time.
- If something arrives that I am not permitted to transport, I leave it and tell you.
4. Schedule, weather, and missed runs
Rural roads decide a lot of this. Here is how I handle it:
- If a low water crossing is up, a road is iced, or conditions make a run unsafe, I do not make the run. Your mail stays secured with me and goes out on the next trip. You get a text either way.
- A missed run caused by weather or road conditions is not credited, because your mail is still being held and delivered — just later.
- If I miss a scheduled run for a reason that is on me, tell me and I will credit it.
- If you need to pause service, tell me and I will set a hold for as long as you want.
5. Access to your property
Some customers give me a gate code, a combination, or a key. That arrangement is voluntary and revocable.
- Access information is used only to reach your drop point and is stored encrypted and separately, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- If a gate, road, or drop point becomes unsafe or impassable, I will tell you and we will find another spot.
- You are responsible for telling me about dogs, livestock, washouts, and anything else on the property I should know about before I drive in.
6. Photos and records
Every delivery is photographed with a timestamp. That record is the core of the service.
- Photos document the delivery. They are not a survey of your property, and if you would rather a photo not show something, tell me and I will change the angle.
- Photos and delivery records are available to you and to any family member you have authorized.
- Retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Billing and cancellation
- Service is billed monthly at the rate on your service agreement. Setup fees, where they apply, are billed once at the start.
- Add-on trips and per-trip fees are billed with the month they occur in.
- You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Tell me by call or text. Service runs through the end of the month you have paid for.
- I can end service with reasonable notice — if the route changes, if a property becomes unsafe to reach, or if an account goes unpaid.
- If I cancel on you mid-month, you get the unused portion back.
8. What I am responsible for, and what I am not
I am one person with one truck, and I would rather be straight with you about this than hide behind a wall of capital letters.
- I am responsible for handling your mail with care, delivering it to the agreed spot, keeping your access information secure, and telling you the truth about what happened on any given day.
- I am not responsible for what the Postal Service does or does not put in your box, for items lost or damaged before I collect them, for delays caused by weather or road conditions, or for a text message your carrier fails to deliver.
- If I lose or damage something of yours while it is in my hands, tell me and we will make it right. My liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid me for service in the prior three months, except where Texas law does not allow that limit.
- I do not carry insurance for high-value items. If you are expecting something valuable, tell me beforehand and we will make a plan for it.
9. Not the Postal Service
INBOUND is a private service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States Postal Service. I am acting as your agent, under your written authorization, and nothing more than that.
10. Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs in the courts of Stephens County, Texas. I would much rather you just call me first.
11. Changes to these terms
If I change these terms in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top and tell active customers by text or email before the change takes effect. Minor wording fixes will just show a new date.
